Looks to be one of the many versions that GM sold thru the years. It's at the rear of the intake manifold to block. It's the one that squirts out when the intake manifold is tightened in place. The distributor goes thru the circle. I always like to use the one with tits to match the holes in the block. Actually I like just squirting some silicone in the crack after the manifold is in place. Doesn't leak or quirt out!

I agree with Jimmy plus I believe it's the old style, my guess is sixties. The arrangement makes sense because the PCV valve pulls from around the bottom of the motor where as the newer style the PCV can pull from the lifter valley.- Top
