I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you talking about part numbers and parts descriptions for all parts of a 1967 Corvette with L-71, part numbers and descriptions for all of the component parts of an L-71 engine, or something else?

There is no such reference available. The closest you can come is the 1967 AIM + a P&A Catalog from 1967.

For the casting numbers of the components and identifying numbers for carbs, alternator etc, the 67 Judging Manual or the NCRS Pocket Spec Guide should give you what you need. Parts numbers are pretty worthless at this point because there is probably nothing you could buy from GM for a 67 engine after almost 50 years.
