I believe (but could be wrong) that the GM service replacement frames were one size fits all 68-74. However, there are differences in the bumper brackets and front crossmember brackets through the years. Do any modifications need to be made to fit the 69 brackets to the service frame? Any other mods need to be done? Thanks

Many SERVICE frames were available over the years for 1969-73 Corvettes but 1968 was never included in these and 1974 was not added until the last available SERVICE frame replaced the earlier.
The last available SERVICE frame, GM #12300910, SERVICED all 1969-74 Corvettes. As far as I know, no modifications were necessary to use it on any of these years. Of course, this means that the frame was designed to accommodate the requirements of all years. As such, it would not be 100% NCRS correct for any particular year but it would be 100% SERVICEABLE.
Also, this last available SERVICE frame was equipped with a REMOVABLE transmission crossmember. This is usable for any 1969-74 whether it was equipped with with manual or automatic transmission. However, it would be correct only for those with automatic transmissions. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Re: 68-74 GM service frame
Do they have service frames, or are they manufacturing new frames from original tooling? My understanding is the latter. It might be prudent to call them and ask them specific questions that you would like to have answered.
The C1 frames they manufacture have the proper nuances for the minor changes that GM made from year to year.- Top
