    1965 FI Ignition shielding

Here in England I have a 1965 FI car with the FI on the car. The car is a non radio car. My question is how much of the shielding should I be looking to fit to the engine. Am I looking to just put enough on for routing the plug wires, i.e. just the two large pieces either side on the block together with the two brackets and rubber grommets either side of the distributor

    Thanks and regards JOHN

It is more than just the shielding that is left off if not radio equipped, several grounds and capacators are also not used on a non-readio car. Get an assembly manual and look at the U69 radio section and you will have a complete list of things to look for.
