Source for this C1 door screw?

At the bottom of the window sash, inside the door, the lower window guide channel (straight, u-shaped) attaches to the sash with two of these screws on each end. They are 8-32, 5/16" in length, with the conical external tooth washer. I didn't find them in any of the catalogs that I have--did I miss them, or do vendors not have them. If the usual vendors don't have them, who does? I know I can get a 3/8" one at the hardware store without the conical washer, and yes, I know that no one will ever see them, but...........

Mike if you can't find one, you can easily make one. The screw is common, get the right star washer and peen it over using a small socket. I 've done that in the past and it worked fine.

Mike I just got some from Zip. The conical washers are not integrated, so I put a little dum-dum on them so they stay put.
