By looking at the picture that Frank posted of the arm. The arm looks like it has a bushing in it that pivots on the pin.Another way to tighten the pin is to take a ball bearing a little bit bigger than the hole, lay it on the hole, and hit it with a hammer. Do both sides of the casting and it will tighten the hole evenly and should hold the pin in place. Make sure you support the casting before you hit it so you don't brake the casting off.
