Carb re-color. How to article (in Restorer)?

Gentleman and Ladies, I remember reading a article written by one of our members on directions to re-color a carb. I think it was a two part article and I think it was in the Restorer. I have searched back to 2011 but can't seem to find it. Any one know what issues it was in? Thanks.

I don't recall the issue it was in but, as I recall, the article was by Jerry Fuccillo.

The two part article was in the Northern California Chapter Vettecetera. The Restorer Article was the full article with Vinnie's expert editing.
