72 Corvette Wipers don't come on - what can I check next?

I have a 1972 Corvette and the wipers don't come on. Fuse is good, switch is new, vacuum engages the opening of the Door but the wipers don't come on. What areas can I check next?

The switch under the steering column between the 2 over ride valves.

      Hi cR,
If after checking the over-ride switch check you still don't have working wipers you might check the limit switch on the firewall to ensure that the link from the wiper mechanism is allowing the switch to fully close when the wiper door is opened, and that the switch is working.
You might also verify the ground at the wiper motor and at the wiper switch on the dash. If the switch on the center bezel isn't grounded nothing happens.
      Good Luck!
      Regards,
      Alan

The Limit Switch. ( In this pic it's in the wiper door 'closed' position, switch black button 'out'.)

To add to Paul's post check the plunger that is pushed in to turn wiper motor on when the door opens, Its is against the fire wall and has a black button with two red wires.

Good post Alan you beat me to it.
