Re: Mcacn, 2015
Tom;
Nice cars.
I am a former long time Chicago area resident now living in Florida. I've kind of lost touch with the Vette scene up there. S, pardon my ignorance, but what does Mcacn stand for?
We like aluminum heads too. My son has a fully restored red coupe L-89 that he will have in the Mecum auction here in January (lot #517). We'll see how it does for price.

Re: Mcacn, 2015
Thanks Terry, that's a pretty good turnout for C3s. There are some bigger regionals that struggle for that many C3s to show up. I guess the judging is s sort of condensed version of NCRS?Big Tanks In the High Mountains of New Mexico- Top

Re: Mcacn, 2015
Sounds like an interesting show, but like with Bloomington, very geographically remote for me. I'm guessing it is a very crowded venue too?Big Tanks In the High Mountains of New Mexico- Top

Re: Mcacn, 2015
Yes the show attracts a lot of people, but it is close to O'Hare Airport, and reasonable (for Chicago) hotel rates can be had within walking distance of the venue. The hotels' shuttle will pick up people at the airport, so no car rental need be involved.Terry- Top

Re: Mcacn, 2015
This is a great show, there are all types of cars presented and it's a treat if you like Muscle Cars. The airport is a five dollar "L" ride away from the host hotels and convention center. This show is on the outskirts of Chicago, so it's not real congested. It's always a fun weekend.- Top
