getting ready to refresh front suspension on my 65 L-76.I have looked in the archives and gleened a few facts about components, such as the ball joints need to be U.S.A. made, use rubber instead of poly to name a few.My question is,I am considering the kit made by corvette stainless steel brakes,The description states u.s.a. made, does anyone have any experience with their products? Also Yogi bair has suspension parts, any info on them? Thanks in advance.

Re: front suspension refresh
Doug,
In order to answer your question I think a lot of members would want to know if you plan to pursue Flight or other awards? If complete and authentic appearing parts are not critical to you, especially with respect to ball joints, then I suggest you consider the premium grade MOOG parts - MOOG calls this line "the Problem Solver". If you need to go the total "original" look others will have to recommend quality products.Ed- Top

Re: front suspension refresh
Doug,
One more thing - if you are going to refresh most or all of your front suspension bushings I recommend giving your rag joint a good inspection - my original was very tired and rather loose. Not expensive and makes a world of difference in feel - a good rag joint will remove a lot of slop in the steering wheel. Of course other things will do that too.Ed- Top
