1973 Z07 Suspension Question

All,

My 73 BB was originally equipped with the Z07 suspension package. I'm trying to verify the part numbers of the front and rear shocks as the AIM is not clear especially regarding the rear shocks. I believe the heavy duty front shocks to be GM #4949806 and the heavy duty rear shocks to be GM#494607? Any insight would be appreciated.

Z07 was made up of F41 parts but apparently the shock numbers differed. Some time back I looked at Corvette performance & handling RPOs and show GM# 4940607 for the rear part number. I show no front number. My guess, given that shock numbers were assigned sequentially, was GM# 4940606...but have no documentation that points to the 606 number.

BTW, GM# 3171488 (front) and 3171489 (rear) were F41 high-performance shock part numbers.
