They are manufactured by Japan Wheel. You will note their logo on all of these wheels (as well as on many other GM aluminum wheels of the period). However, I don't know that the actual country of manufacture was Japan. I believe Japan Wheel had some manufacturing operations in the USA, including California (Van Nuys????).

I know that the 94-95 wheels have the Japan logo on the inside. I attaching photos from my 1995 Corvette with a build date of August 4, 1994.
