For what Corvettes is this the correct battery?

Ok so I went to the very good battery class at last year's Nationals but I guess I didn't learn enough. So I'm calling on the battery gurus to help me with this one. C2 of some sort I'm guessing.

Also please decode the date code for me if possible. One letter is the plant. The other letter a month??

I believe this is a SERVICE-only battery and differed in minor ways from the assembly line battery. However, the DC-12 is applicable to 1961 through 1966 Corvettes.

I think DC12 is an indication of the size and fits all those years. But I also think various markings and caps may have changed during that period and the way this battery is configured may tell more specifically what year or years this matches. Perhaps a battery guru can tell about that and interpret the date code.

7=1967 or 77+? There is a molding date code on the bottom. need to look at that, and is there a number on one of the posts?
