1970 corvette, 350 Engine Harmonic Balancer Pully Paint Color

Hello:
Can anyone tell me the color of the pulley that fits on the 350 Engine Harmonic Balance.
I stripped the paint off and under the satin black, which I thought was the correct color, was GM engine orange.
Does the pulley come from the factor satin black or engine orange.

Many original pulleys, particularly those used for 300 HP engines, were finished with black/dark gray phosphate. No 68+ balancer pulleys were ever originally painted engine orange.
