The flat portion of the assembly pivots on that one single rivet within the channel when you turn the screw. Yours looks just like mine.

Now i get it. It changes the angle of the solid flat arm extension, not the actual length of the arm. Trico actually makes adjustible length arms for commercial trucks and they do actually allow a range of 4-5" of extension. That's no the case here and I can only say that it is a great example of simple engineering. I'd bet 9 out of 10 people are not even aware of this.

If those pictures are of your current wiper configuration they're still not right. The DS wiper should be on the bottom and about 1" up from the molding and horizontal....the PS should be 1" above the DS wiper arm and horizontal.

BTW original windshield washer nozzles are adjustable too

Yes those photos were of my car. The DS wiper is below the PS and i have to play around wit the actual positions - todays project. Thanks for the feedback.
