What is the difference between a Z59 and a Y59 battery 1967 I assume for both ??? Is one actually real for a 67??

    Jim,

Give Tom Kobman a call. He advertises in "The Driveline".

He sells the most correct "Restoration Batteries" on the market!

      Re: Batteries

Jimmy, A Y59 has Delco Energy in raised letters on top.
A Z59 battery just has Delco in raised letters.
Not sure if both have push on caps on not. Also don't know if the dimensions are correct for a '67.

IIRC, and it has been a long time since I researched this, the Y battery has greater Capacity than the Z battery.
