1963-1964 Technical Information and Judging Guide

My 64 project will be rolling in this Saturday, and I am in need of a 1963-1964 Technical Information and Judging Guide. Looks like the NCRS store will be closed for a while , and none are available on line anywhere.
Does anyone have one that they would sell, rent, loan, or illegally copy? I am in the DFW area.
I know, it's a shot in the dark!
