1963 Alternator

Tried to get one from Pirkle but he would not return call so ordered from CC as he did theirs. Six months later I get the one from CC and the diodes are not dated ( came from Chicago Corvette). Anyone know someone who could date the diodes? Thanks in advance.

Well Gary Mortimer performed that service but I doubt he would be interested based on the recent occurance!
Could have been reached at the NCRS office but that has been terminated also!

I recently called Pickle in regard to having an alternator done and his answering machine said he wasn't taking on anymore work. I emailed Bruno a month ago and haven't had a response. Is there anyone else out there doing alternators?

I understand that Gary Mortimer is still active in the Cincinnati Chapter and may only have a issue with the board of directors, not the members of the NCRS. He is a fine gentleman and I have always found him to be cordial and quite helpful. I would contact him about getting the diodes stamped.

There's a nitch for someone here. Get a set of stamps made to stamp the diodes. Can't be that difficult to do.
