1969 head light adjustment up and down

Trying to get the right headlight to come up 3/8 of an inch further, did look in the service manual page 12-6, but nothing on adjustment, any help thanks.

I'm trying to get the front of the light to raise a little more, the light does not get all the way up to the rubber stop on the outside.

      Hi Keith,
Since the door mechanism isn't reaching the 'open' stop I believe you'll need to adjust the clevis on the the actuator's rod which will push the door further up in the open position. You'll want to turn it counter clockwise which will lengthen the actuator rod's stroke.
You'll need to be cautious because the clevis can 'freeze' on the rod and you don't want to break the rod or crack the clevis.
      Regards,
      Alan

If memory is correct . There is one stop adjustment on the hinged part of the mechanism that controls height when the door is down. And a stop on the door itself that controls how high it opens when the headlight door goes open
