    70 LT1 Fuel Level Sender

Where can I get the correct fuel level sender for my 70 LT1. I've seen several 350 senders offered but none specified LT1. Thanks.

      Hi James,
I believe you'll find that all 70 cars used the same 90 ohm fuel sending unit at the tank and the same gauge in the dash regardless of the engine the car was equipped with.
      Regards,
      Alan

I see both original service parts and reproduction sending units for sale at quite a wide price range,

On the 70s that we have there were no differences externally or in operation from original or repro, as I recall from over 10 years ago. The tank capacity (not sure if California cars were different) was the same, however the LT-1 didn't have the return line provision on the tank.
