Looking for a rear window tray hinge screw-72

I found a source for the bushing but can't seem to locate the screw. It's about 3/4 long the washer is captive and the marking looks like R B W.

The screw was GM #3855554 and, as far as I can tell, it was never available in SERVICE. For an exact match, you'd probably need to contact someone like Richard Fortier that advertises in the Driveline. Otherwise, AMK Products carries similar, but not identical, screw assemblies.

The plastic bushing is the same one used for the windshield wiper door mechanism, GM #3922010. It's discontinued but reproductions are easily available (as you've found).

I forgot to mention they make two different head markings for the rbw. One has three hash marks and the other has concentric circles. Check your head marking to see what you have.
