1963 Heater Cable Strap 2328616

I am looking for a picture of the plastic strap (2328616) that holds the heater cables under the dash on a 63 car. The AIM shows a clip (3710497) but I am not sure that was ever used.

Another question, does the vent cable that goes to the passenger side go above the heater box and does it also go through this strap.

I had two clear plastic straps holding the cable in place they are the exact same as the straps holding your wiring harness to the fire wall under the hood.

I agree! I first noticed this strap back in the 80's on my first 63 I owned. A few years ago I was restoring a 1 owner 63 coupe and I shot a bunch of detail photos like this since the car was so unmolested. This photo is from a very low mileage 63 coupe I just started restoring. My intent was specifically aimed at capturing the location and orientation of that strap. So many are missing from past heater core repairs.

I appreciate that picture, and your input on my windshield installation from last week. I am going to update that post this weekend and hope it will help someone else. I also hope you will comment if you have anything to add because I still have a few questions before I install the mouldings.
