On Saturday, November 5, 2016, in Wellesley Massachusetts, the New England Chapter will host a presentation by Tony Avedisian. Tony has documented and inspected several Z06 cars and created a database that includes pictures for all the Z06 sub-assemblies and chronicles the uniqueness that follows throughout the production year. This database contains over 600,000 photographs of more than 2,500 cars.
We have online registration and lunch will be served!!!!!

This is interesting, I am assuming you are talking about '63 Z06s (the only year that RPO package option was offered), if so where did he find 2500 of those cars?

They were parked with the 10,000 67 435 cars.

, and after reading the more complete description on their website, it appears the speaker has included many, many recent Z06 models, so not just '63s. Never mind........

To be clear. Tony's presentation centers around the continuation of the 63 ZO6 (as a group we know that 199 were built, thanks) research project which was started about 10 years ago. It includes running changes, difference between original and non original parts, etc...
He will go on to talk about the evolution of the ZO6 option from 63 to production cars from 97 on. The last two sentences would explain the picture count.

This is our fourth year and all have proven to be a great time with good people and great car talk.

Your assumption is incorrect. Tony will be covering all the Z06's not just the 1963's Sorry if this has caused you some confusion, I should have been more specific! Thank you for your post! Hope to see you there. We like it when you westerners cross the Mississippi!!

Thanks John, and if I could make it I would be there, but I will be busy prepping to judge '63-'64 at our chapter meet at that time. I love the Z06, this would be a great way to learn about the new ones, which I don't know anything about. I'm sure it will be a great presentation, enjoy!
