How to replace radiator on BB with AC

Still need advice on least traumatic way to remove and replace radiator on my '67 BB with factory air. I'm not willing to move upper A frames as some have suggested. Bound to be an easier way. Would appreciate advice here or directing me to a thread or video elsewhere such as CF.
Thanks in advance. Can send me n e-mail or private message if desired.

What the does the service manual say? Usually the General knew the best way to remove and replace parts. I've used my St-12 so many times I had to replace because I wore it out.

      Hi Bill,
I will be doing mine in the next month or two. I will let you know how I make out if the time line isn't too far out for you. Mine has A.I.R. (K19) as well as AC, just to make it a little more difficult.
Let me know if you want an update.
      Kind Regards,
      Pete

Pull the hood, remove the fan blade, hoses, may be able to remove the radiator and shroud at the same time. Need a helper.

x 2 its the easiest and safest way.

Be THANK FULL you don't have a C3 with a BB and A/C
            :-)

C2 is a walk in the park compared to it.

              Hi Bill,
I will let you know. I will be using the procedure in the service manual which describes what Gary and Bill posted.
              Kind Regards,
              Pete

                Hi Bill,
I pulled the rad out today. The steps in the service manual are a little over simplified.
I removed the hood, drained the coolant and removed the rad hoses.
I removed the smog pump, I could not see how the rad could come out without removing it, let alone the fan blade and clutch.
I removed the alternator and ac belt as well as the fan/clutch assembly.
I installed a bolt with the head cut off in the water pump pulley to aid in reassembly.
I removed the fan shroud extension, and unbolted the horn relay from the rad support and moved it out of the way.
I removed the rad to rad support bolts and the fan shroud to rad support bolts.
I also removed the bolts in the end of the upper control arm inner shaft that hold the control arm bushings in place.
With a helper we were able to slid the rad and shroud out without too much trouble. This would be a lot easier without air conditioning, the ac lines where they go through the rad support won't allow the shroud to be moved around for clearance while removing.
This is a good time to replace your hoses, replace the water pump and whatever else (timing chain)?
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
                Kind Regards
