    First 1969 Corvette With Factory Installed Side Exhaust

    Does anyone know when the first 1969 Corvette with factory side exhaust was produced by Serial number or Build Date? Documented with paperwork? Thanks!

      I believe that it's the orange 69 owned by Richard Ankenbrandt. It went through the judging system just a few years ago.

          As usual Patrick is right on. My memory is not very good but I think it was in the VIN 8000 range. He campaigned that car in 2014 if I recall correctly. Others may recall better.

              Great car...400hp 4 speed factory AC and Factory Side Exhaust. Identical to mine other than 390 vs 400.

                  Kevin, according to the latest judging guide (4th edition) N14 started by at least December 1968, and earliest documented car is SN 9320, but this
                  information may need to be revised.
