Help with Item Identification and Some Memorabilia

Yesterday I visited a parts supplier with some friends. We all got some nice parts.

Below are some photos of a nice NOS set of Rally Wheel center caps and very nice original ornaments(note gold hue). These are for a friend's '67.

Also took a few shots of some other interesting items. I'll ask for your help to identify some of them, Namely the Tach(I think 61 but not sure if early or late), NOS Trunk Mat(56 to 60? GM 3723710), and a strange Shifter Handle. We were all perplexed with it and it's PENSKE lettering.

The Matchbook came from a bin of Memorabilia that he had. It'll fit well displayed in my '59, inside a plastic container of some sort to protect it. He had a box of 50 or so. I just had to buy one.

Nice pieces! Lambrecht is the dealer that squirreled away an unbelievable number of cars. 3-5? years ago they held that auction with brand new cars from the 50's and 60's.

Thanks Mike. Ian told me that and you just reminded me...here's the story.

The tachometer is for mid 1961 to 1962 used with hydraulic cam engines, correct?

However the 6th Ed Judging Guide shows Pale Green 0-2000 rpm and does not recognize it to be Tan/Beige like above and as shown in my 5th Ed JG. Is this still a confusion or has this been addressed?
