Despite our best effort to ensure no glitches with the hotel reservations, there was one. We confirmed yesterday that the hotel was to start taking reservations at midnight 1 Feb. The night manager somehow did not get the word, however as of 8 AM CST 1 Feb the Marriott Riverwalk will be taking reservations for the convention. Ask for the NCRS rate which includes 50% off of daily parking. The direct line to the hotel is (210) 224-4555.

Bob, I called them at 8:00 am eastern time and the hotel is sold out. They do not have a list of overflow hotels to reference.

Can you provide the 2nd and third hotels your have arranged and I'll call them.

The phone number for the LaQunta is incorrect, can not be completed as dialed?

Rooms are available, I just called and got a room, 8:00am CST. About 160 rooms in the block still available. Mention NCRS Rate.

Just called at 8:20 Central time and got my reservations. Phone number was the one in Bob's message above - same number as in the Driveline.

I just call again and got a room. I have no idea why they said it was full on the first call.

Maybe because it was 7:00am CST when you first called and the Reservation Desk wasn't up and running per Bob D's OP?

Direct line to the LaQuinta is 210 222-9181. They evidently changed their 800 number between the time we contracted and now. SOrry for the inconvenience. The Marriott Riverwalk does have rooms available--lots of rooms.

Bob I received a call this AM from a friend who is arriving on Friday the 7th The hotel told him the NCRS rate only runs from the 9th Many people will be arriving on Saturday the 8th can this be adjusted?

LaQuinta Inn & Suites phone number has been corrected in the Registration page and in the Convention / Hotels page.
