Correct 67 Small Manila Envelope Holding License Plate Screws, GM3875313

Could anyone please provide a couple of photos, front and back, of a correct 67 small manila envelope that held the four screws used to mount the two license plates?

I realize that these envelopes are not judged and there could be several varieties.

According to the 67 AIM, the envelope part number is 3875313, but this number could apply to several other model years.

Also, if these envelopes were ever reproduced, how do you differentiate a correct envelope from a reproduction?

I actually made some, using scans of originals like this, cut them out of the heavy copy paper, judges didn't notice.
