1967 used a one-year-only evaporator core. So, all you have to do is to find an NOS GM #3003071. Of course, it's VERY difficult to find and will almost certainly cost a king's ransom if you do.

I installed one from Old Air Products in a 76 Corvette, and was relatively pleased with its fit. I would not hesitate to use them again as a source.

William, Call Classic Auto Air in Tampa Florida, ask for Mike. What you will need to do is send them your old core and they can transfer the pipes to the new core. They don't make a correct one for '66 or '67. I am having to send mine to Old Air Products in Texas with the same problem. I ordered a evaporator core from Paragon and the POA valve brackets did not line up with the housing brackets. The core came from Old Air Products. Email me and I can send you some pictures. Not happy because I had to dissemble it, pack it up and send both units, lost time, shipping, etc.
Yes Joe is correct, 66 is in a year by itself along with '67. I have gotten an education on evaporation cores
