    That's the type of '8' I see on this year, even top and bottom.

        Sorry the build code anomalies do not agree with known good pads of that build date sequence.

        This pad was not produced at GM IMHO

                Oh, by the way the pad I posted for comparison is re-stamp. Those characters are so close that I'd venture to say that its a re-stamp by the same guy...
