Does anyone know how to decipher Dupont Lacquer Paint date codes (on Gallons)

Are you trying to find out what a paint code is for a specific color? Did you try to google it? Try Auto Color Library.

No. Trying to find out how old is that the paint is by the date code on the can. They have not produced this paint since 2004

Keith, I have a pint of lacquer I bought in 1973 which is still in good usable condition.
