1967 AIM, UPC C60, E7. This page is titled "Air Conditioning - air vent control cable" and the page is stamped "cancelled" as the vent cable was moved in '67 to the left hand radio trim panel. This cancellation is for the air vent cable ONLY and does not change the re-location of the headlamp rollover switch. Mid-page there is a NOTE: break off tab along groove & relocate production headlamp motor actuating switch. Hopefully, this adequately answers your question.
I apologize for the sideways picture...still can't figure out how to fix that.

If the cluster has ever been out of the car or if the switch has been replaced in the past, what you currently have is often seen as it is easier to do that way...just not correct. BTW, I found out the hard way, also, during my first round of judging.
Its easier to mismount than you might think. A passerby clued me in that mine was wrong a few hours before judging in 2016...good thing I had a screwdriver handy...

Leif, I upload my online pictures onto Photobucket. When the photo is downloaded, sometimes my pictures are sideways. So I hit the "edit" button in the upper left corner, which takes me to another window. Then the robot asks me which photo do I want to edit. So I select the photo and hit go and the photo comes up with all the edit features and with your picture I just chose "orientation".

Store your photos and videos online with secure storage from Photobucket. Available on iOS, Android and desktop. Securely backup your memories and sign up today!

Leif, I'm with you. I have had this switch in both locations (currently outboard) and have had NO installation issues.

Gents, A while ago I did some experiments regarding the rotated and upside down photos in the TEST Forum. If you're using MS Windows there is a workaround to this issue of "Smart"(or should I say, "Not-so-Smart") Phones. If you're using Apple I'm unsure how to implement the workaround or if will yield the same satisfactory results.

Gary, DOn and I spent some email conversing and it appears there's a hidden attribute. If you have "Auto-Rotate" selected on your S-phone it may cause undetermined photographic orientation, so when taking photos it's best to disable that function.

Here's the experiment info and the "fix"....
