1993 ZR-1 Items for NCRS Judging

I bought a 1993 Ruby Red ZR-1 #334. I was planning to entering it in NCRS judging but I am missing some items like the wheel wrench extension and the wheel lock lug nut bag. A couple of things: Anyone know where I can acquire these items and the second thing is how much of a deduction will I take for not having them?

there are plenty of Corvette junk yards out there and I would check eBay often

That's kinda funny as I live just South of Bowling Green. I don't know of any Corvette junkyards around here but I will start looking. Thanks.
