    1973 AIM / Am I missing something?

Over on the CF there was a question about the correct location of the Anti Theft Alarm rear key switch. There were a couple AIM photos (illustrations) posted up showing the measurements, location, and they also included illustrations of the alarm horn. These were from earlier cars before the alarm became standard equipment in 72. I also realize that there wouldn't be a need to illustrate measurements on the 73 because it was standard so the key switch hole would already be present from the mold. I was looking thru my AIM to see if the illustrations were present, but I couldn't find anything showing the horn, or wiring going to it and to the switch. All I found in it was the photo below, and there are also illustrations of the wiring harness showing the door jamb and hood switches.
Even though it was standard equipment shouldn't there be a photo showing where it should be installed on the car on the line?
My alarm system is fine and working as it should. I'm just curious about it not being illustrated in the AIM.
I didn't notice any missing pages that I could tell!
    Thanks,

    Thanks,
Given it was standard equipment, I can see the wiring incorporated into the harness. But as part of the wiring harness then, as you note, what about the horn location?

      Hi Tom,
Pretty strange huh? I wonder if the horn location and picture of it is illustrated in the 72 AIM? Hopefully someone with a 72 can check theirs to see! It was standard equipment on a 72 also.
      Thanks,

Here is the illustration from the 72 AIM.

          Thanks Anthony,
I copied it and will stick it in my AIM. Just to have it. You would surely think that same illustration would have been used in the 73 AIM. I went thru mine again page for page to see if I was missing it. Not there!
Im hoping some other 73 owners might glance through theirs to see if it's in there..
This isn't really a big deal I know, but I'm just curious!
It would also be interesting to see if it made it in the 74, even though the switch changed location to the left front fender.
          Thanks again,
          Jimmy

Jimmy, I had a look in my '73 AIM and cannot find it either.

It probably got stuck in somebody's photocopy machine that has long gone to a land fill.
