65 odometer

I just noticed yesterday that my odometer and trip meter have stopped recording. is this a home fix or will i have to send out the speedometer? Thanks Bill

It's a very common issue. Unfortunately it's not a simple D-I-Y project. No need to send it out if you have a local speedo shop. There's nothing special or unique about a Corvette speedo that requires sending it to a "Corvette Expert".

There's nothing special or unique about a Corvette speedo that requires sending it to a "Corvette Expert".

Actually I would think it might be special, I think we are past the 20 year mark on all mechanical odometers, I had a '95 FBody that was mechanical. Corvettes have been electronic since 1990, that 28 years old by model years. Dang do I feel old.
