Good to know that Jerry Heasley is still alive. I've been waiting 20 YEARS for him to return some photos that I took of MY car. Stamps must be expensive in Texas.

Patrick, it looks like he's got a buddy in Alabama that can generate a title in 7-10 days. Maybe he could pick a later VIN so it could be a 4 spd 684 car.

I would have NO idea, but Hemmings at one time carried a number of ads offering such service. Perhaps a better question for the seller would be
along the line of "If it is so routine and easy, why haven't you already done it?".
