          Typically new TIM&JG are introduced after the National Convention. There are two reasons for this:
          Members campaigning cars using one manual would be dismayed to have a new manual introduced in the middle of their progress toward the Duntov Award.
          NCRS sells a lot of manuals at Corvettes @ Carlisle and that event is later in the summer; and follows our National Convention.
