What are these nuts for?

I'm usually pretty good about labeling things as I take them off, but I recently had the body taken to the paint shop and I was rushing to get the last few things off the car while the flat bed was waiting to take the car away. These nuts are pretty unique as I don't have many of them among my hardware. They either came off from under the dash, the cowl-WSW area, or from the tail lights housings, which were the only things that still had to come off before I could send the car. There are three different sizes (I think 3/8, 7/16, &1/2") but they all have a unique fixed but movable washer on them. I had them zinc plated. Anyone know where they go?
