Replacing Brake and running lights in a non ZR-1 C-4

I had the pass. side brake light go out. Reading the main manual it indicates removal of the upper rear clip. Not going to happen!
I talked to an old guy body man and he told me to remove the license plate and go in to the back side of the upper fascia. I put on my procto gloves and was able to replace all of the rear fascia bulbs. Thanks old body guy. The ZR-1 has screws you can remove to replace bulbs, not base vettes, God bless C-4 electrical engineers. Hope this helps others.

The award for "should be a simple job but ain't" goes to C4 tail lights. Runner up is replacing wiper blades on wife's late model Jag XJ. Spent an afternoon on that one.

Two important considerations taught in some product design classes are "manufacturability" and "serviceability". Still, it seems many automotive designers didn't learn those lessons.
