1963 Front Valence Panel Tabs and Grille Brackets

I am still trying to find my paint & body guy a way to properly measure and install the fiberglass grille tabs (top and bottom). I looked at a couple of '63's of members of the local club I am in but one didn't have any tabs and the other was inaccessible for measurements or good photos. I live in the Dallas area and would be most grateful if anyone would be willing to have my guy look at their car. I am in the Dallas area (Plano) and my paint & body guy has been at it for around 40 years now.

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas. I plan on going to the shop sometime this week or next and will take some photos to share.

Can't you use your grill to determine the locations?

We tried by attaching the end grill brackets to the brackets riveted to the front of the inner fender but there was a gap preventing them from being attached. The inner fender where my brackets are currently riveted is flat, but after looking at a couple of pictures and club member's '63's, there is a raised portion on the inner fender where their brackets are riveted ('63's should only have one bracket at each end). I am guessing the repairs were done incorrectly and I will have to modify the brackets or fabricate the raised portions to get a proper fit.
