    Point deduction for delaminated windshield

Is there a point deduction for a windshield that is delaminated on a 95 ZR1?

Of course there is. It would be a condition deduct.

The point deduct is 26 for originality / 24 for condition

As I recall when my 93 ZR-1 was judged (5) times, there was a small condition deduct for the delamination. The reason given was, most of the 90-95 ZR-1 windshields showed delamination, which was determined to be a Mfg. defect. Good luck. Take a look at your 94-96 TIMJG, page 98, para 9 (WINDSHIELD) bottom of the page, nothing to be too concerned about.

Windshield originality judging is via Judging Reference Manual - Standard Deduction #4 . If your windshield is original, there would be no Originality deduction. Windshield delamination is a condition issue. JRM #4 also notes Condition Scoring re potential safety hazards.

This is common on ZR1 windshields. My 93 ZR1 with 5K miles shows a little bit in the upper corners - I received no deduction when it was judged.

There should be no deduction for originality.
