I don't have a 67 AIM but it's UPC 14 in the 65 AIM. Look under U69 option and it will highlight the Radio tag which should refer you to the paper items.

I also don't see it mentioned in the judging guide.

Dave, you are one that deals with my question during judging quite often. And I respect you opinion. As Roy’s letter is not specifically stated.

Is just the metal protecto plate not required for judging or is the entire booklet it is fastened to exempt?

            I don't have a 65 AIM and we are talking about a 67 Item.

              Brian,
I can only speak for the 68/69 and 70/72 Judging Guides and it is in both of them. Seems to me it should be in all the Judging Guides that mention it in the AIM but it's way above my pay grade to suggest that.

              Gene,
Yon ask a fair question. Due to that possible confusion I do not expect to see either the PLATE or Booklet. I think given the confusion it's unfair to require the Booklet. That said the powers to be (NJC) should clarify it. My opinion is the Booklet should be there. FWIW

So there is no mention of a key envelope in the 67 AIM.? Just want to confirm. Just because it's not in the JG doesn't mean it's right.
