1963 Hood Alignment Block Measurements and Reinforcement Panels

I have reviewed some earlier posts about what cars had how many blocks according to serial #, but does anyone have the measurements on the location of each of the blocks? My car is supposed to have four (#11068). Also, I have two blocks with the reinforcement fiberglass "panels" (not installed) - does anyone have a source for the reinforcement panels?

The ones under the fenders for the rear mounted blocks - from the dregs of memory, Dr. Rebuild?
