Identify Corvette fan blade off my C1 corvette

I need help identifying this fan blade off my C1. The blades are 5 5/8"long and there is an "H" in the center hub and a "W" on one of the fan blades. See attached pictures.

It's hard to say for certain but I'm relatively sure that this is a GM #3770529 which was used on most 1961-67 Corvette small blocks. It was also used on 1960 Corvettes with temperature controlled radiator fan. Curiously, it's still available from GM after almost 60 years since its first use! Not too many parts stick around in the GM parts bin for 60 years.

Dennis judging from the flat rivets it appears to be a fan starting sometime in 64 and later ,no a/c. 63 and earlier had a round rivet.

Dennis, Joe is right I have the same fan on 63 cp.
