    Kay Dower Passing

    Sadly Kay Dower, long time member 3734 passed away on April 3rd.

    Kay was a red hat 400 level judge and a long time member of the Northwest Chapter.

      Sad news. Kay was one of the very active women in the hobby. I always enjoyed talking with her. For many years, she was accompanied at meets by her white poodle.

              The Dowers provided me with special memories in this hobby and I will never forget Kay and Arland. I have been the caretaker of their old bumper pool table since 2004 and tonight's game will be in memory of Kay. My sympathies to Arland.

                  Vicki and I have memories of the Dowers traveling with their little white dog to many meets. Arland can know that there are many, many NCRS members thinking of him at this time.
