    Battery disconnect required for Bloomington Gold ?

    Is a battery disconnect required for participation in Bloomington Gold certification? Is a battery disconnect prohibited for certification? NCRS spells out requirements very well - BG not so much. Any advice or sharing your experience will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

      Don't think its required. But after getting a car judged last year , i'd bring an umbrella and spend the extra money for one of the garges they offer for rent.

          A battery disconnect is not required at Bloomington Gold. I have had many cars judged there with disconnects on the cars and they do not receive a deduction.

                  Definitely not when cars are outside, but maybe required if a car is displayed indoors for safety reasons.
