This is a sun visor sleeve for 1969. There were at least 2 versions (I have both) dated 10-2-68: 3964572, which is smaller, and the one you have, 3964573. I'm not sure which was used on Corvette- others may be able to help here. Reproductions are available but real ones that are not ripped off are hard to find. Hope this helps.

Thanks, Jeff. I looked through the current TIMJG for 1970 - '72 and could not find anything that referenced this pamphlet. Is it safe to conclude this was not part the info delivered with '70 - '72 Corvettes?

We think it was only used in 1969 when the ignition switch moved to the steering column. Note it says, ".. the new ignition system."
