Driveshaft Part Number Paint and Orientation

I bought the stencil and yellow paint from Quanta in a kit to paint the part number on my driveshaft.

Is the Quanta yellow paint accurate to match the original color?

I have found a few pictures of the part number going from the rear to the front of the car. Is the typical orientation?

Allen, If you know which is front or rear, then yes make it so if someone see's the stencil they can read it, but truly it's a small judge that can crawl under the car to see it. Don't forget this is just a like a inspection mark some may have it some may not. just a recreation.

Thanks for the pictures of the numbers going from front to back, which is contrary to a couple of other pictures I've seen.
