The holes are 5/32".

I expect that it does but I can't say that for sure. I've never liked 68-69 L-88 hoods and I know very little about them.

I've since found that the 68-69 L-88 hood has one drain hole in the middle of the "trough" (i.e. the lowest point of the "trough"). The hood would pretty much have to have a drain hole or water would accumulate in the "trough".

Knowledge leaves me faster than my hair is leaving me. I quit restoring cars over 15 years ago and have not owned an L/88 for almost 25 years. Danged, I'se is a gittin' old
