    Yes back in car. Unfortunately still not working correctly, it only plays old Beach Boys songs about fuel injected Stingrays????? Tuning issue? See below.

          Last numbers Looks like 1750 or 1758. Not sure which but I would bet 1750

            Here's one I have, on a '64 AM/FM. I have the VIN written down somewhere: Ident sticker # 21FJA-9550; DS501 output transistor dated 349 (49th week of 1963). left side is a hex set screw, right side (tuner knob) is a slotted head screw.

              Can someone decifer the date code on my transistor? Is it original to my January ‘64 radio?

                Never mind I got it...brain fade....402= 2nd week of 1964. Car built January 24, 1964
